Executive Chairman & CEOPrince Eghosa principal role as Chairman of Exelis Energy is to provide leadership to the Company. PRINCE EGHOSA is accountable to the Board and will act as a direct liaison between the Board and the management of Exelis Energy, He will be the communicator for Board decisions where appropriate. PRINCE EGHOSA’s main role and responsibility in Exelis Energy will be to make the company grow and be among the leading oil and gas outfit in the whole world and he would be the face of Exelis Energy.
His experience from working as a Chairman and CEO of Cormac Global Investment Ltd, Core Gulf Oil Nig Ltd and Fairwind Trading Ltd for the past 20 years distinguishes him as the perfect candidate for our specified criteria in this sector of the business.
Prince Eghosa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in law and a master’s Degree in International Security and Global Governance both from the University of London.

Steve brings a wealth of technical knowledge to ensure the company has correct production facilities that witll ensure a smooth implementation of each and every project, the supply of raw materials on site when required and the responsibility for facility performance from design to implementation.
